Facts Alleged:

Client driving erratically and nearly struck a fire hydrant.  Police attempted to stop Client.  Client fled into his house.  The police entered the Client’s house and found evidence of Client being intoxicated.  Client arrested for D.U.I.

Case Result:

Case dismissed.  Attorney Calo successfully argued that the police violated Client’s Fourth Amendment Rights by entering Client’s house without a warrant.  Subsequent evidence of the D.U.I. was suppressed and the D.U.I. charged dismissed.
