Driving Under the Influence
Facts Alleged:
Client struck a fence and fled the scene. Police went to Client’s home and entered Client’s house to arrest him. Once in the house, the police observed Client to be under the influence of alcohol. Client arrested for D.U.I.
Case Result:
Case dismissed. Attorney Calo successfully argued that the police violated Client’s Fourth Amendment Rights by entering Client’s house without a warrant. Subsequent evidence of the D.U.I. was suppressed and the D.U.I. dismissed
