Facts Alleged:
Police alleged that Client struck another person during an argument. The other person showed signs of injury to the police. The police arrested Client for Simple Assault and Battery
Case Result:
Case dismissed. Attorney Calo investigated the incident and found overwhelming evidence that the “victim” in the case had lied to the police and that Client did not assault the “victim.” As a result of this evidence presented to the prosecutor, the charge was dismissed.
