Facts Alleged:
Police stopped Client for a minor traffic violation. Police suspected Client of being in possession of cocaine. Based on little evidence the police searched Client and vehicle. No drugs were found. Police alleged Client interfered with the search of Client’s body and resisted arrest
Case Result:
