Richmond police stopped Client’s vehicle for speeding. Police alleged odor of alcohol, bloodshot and watery eyes, slurred speech, unsteady on feet. Client admitted to drinking alcohol earlier in the day. Client “failed” field sobriety test
Case Result:
NOT GUILTY after trial in Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal for Refusal to Submit Chemical Test. The D.U.I. charge was then dismissed in District Court
